What We Do

I didn't know there was such a thing as self-love. I would have never thought looking at the mirror and telling myself I'm worthy of love. Even thinking about doing that was crazy to me till I started. Thank you, Omena for helping me learn how to accept and appreciate who I am.

Participants go through training to learn and recognize emotional abuse and advocate for change in their communities

Through books, videos, interactive conversations and workshops, we teach children and youth to build healthy relationships

OMENA COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE

We provide our educators with a space for them to exchange best practices and be supported in their own healing journey

OMENA SUPPORT GROUP

Community educators share a “Safe Space” with victims of abuse (at home, school, or work) to validate their experiences and
